Summary of experience

I joined Cegedim in January 2009 as a sales engineer in Lyon.

After two years of outperformance at more than 400% average R/O and N°1 France, I was promoted to agency director of the new Cegedim business unit in Montpellier where I stayed from May 2011 to December 2016.

With the team I have built and following my strategy, we have made it one of the first France business units, developing new methodologies that have allowed us to be first in terms of profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction. We had the highest average basket as well as the highest rate of local services.

We had the fewest files under France’s quality department, and we were also the agency whose clients were the most autonomous with a hotline call rate per client more than 50% lower than the rest of France.

I also carried out my professional activity and the resumption of my studies during the passage of my Master at Essec.

I also proposed the REMEDIA project at that time.

The grades are on 4 and Bruno had the principle of having 3 for maximum score.

My resumption of study in 2013 was not supported by Cegedim, I did it by accumulating my days off and with my personal money after 3 requests to the HR department.

It should be noted that despite an exceeded target and although these have been increased, it states that I am focusing on the company’s objectives as of that date.
